1 Day Retreats
Cabbage & Plum's one-day retreats are thoughtfully guided by the rhythm of the seasons, aligning with the solstices and equinoxes. Each retreat is an invitation to pause, reflect, and reconnect—celebrating what is unique about winter, spring, summer and autumn.
Through a blend of yoga practices tailored to the time of day and year, nourishing homemade meals crafted from seasonal produce, and mindful crafts with natural, sustainable materials, you’ll find space to restore your energy and settle into the present moment. No previous yoga or craft experience is needed—just an openness to take some time out from a busy schedule to relax and recharge.




Saturday 20th December
Aligned with the Winter Solstice, this one-day retreat offers a gentle pause before the busyness of the holiday season. Together, we’ll create space for calm, reflection, and new ways to honour a time of year that can often feel overwhelming. Below, you’ll find the proposed schedule and activities (activities/timings subject to change)

9:30: Arrivals, welcome hot drinks, introduction to the day, setting focus and intentions
10:00: 60 min grounding vinyasa yoga flow
11:00: 30 min breathwork and relaxation techniques
11:30: Comfort break with homemade seasonal snacks
11:45: Wreath making activity, using locally foraged materials
12:30: Homemade seasonal lunch
13:00: Wreath making
14:00: Easy 30 min detox yoga sequence for the holidays
14:30: Journalling and mindfulness
15:45: 60 min release & renew flow with extended relaxation
16:00: Retreat close
